About The Position

JLL is seeking an Associate Relocation Project Manager to join their Project and Development Services team. This role involves supporting and managing relocation and change management projects, collaborating with clients and vendors, negotiating contracts, managing documentation, tracking RFPs, supporting planning meetings, developing project scope and schedules, and serving as an onsite resource for relocation planning and execution. The position emphasizes continuous development of skills, adoption of new technologies, and fostering an energized, collaborative, client-focused, and team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective work while supporting change management activities for projects of varying sizes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • (3+ years) of relevant experience, related to project management.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
  • Ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage challenging relocation and change management projects.
  • Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts.
  • Manage project-related documentation.
  • Track move vendor RFPs.
  • Support weekly relocation planning meetings.
  • Develop scope and schedule of assigned projects.
  • Serve as an onsite resource for relocation planning and execution events, including post-move support.
  • Support change management activities.
  • Assist in supporting projects of varying sizes and scope, including change management and relocation projects.
