Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Possession of a smartphone or computer for access to scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps

Responsibilities

• Sorting and downsizing client belongings, following their guidance on organization, keeping, donating, selling, or discarding items with sensitivity and empathy.
• Organizing and optimizing space in clients' new residences, implementing tailored storage solutions for functionality, safety, and comfort.
• Safely packing and unpacking clients' belongings using approved materials and techniques, arranging items thoughtfully in the new residence for immediate living.
• Assisting with estate sales and auctions, including sorting, decluttering, cleaning, displaying, pricing items, setting up equipment, working the sale, and breaking down equipment.
• Maintaining open and transparent communication with team leads and clients, promptly addressing concerns, and providing a compassionate presence.
