About The Position
The F&M Bank Religious Client Services is a specialty branch that serves faith based organizations. The intern for the RCS branch will obtain hands-on experience in various areas such as teamwork, organization and professionalism, while working on challenging projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of the RCS team.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside staff to provide support of various religious and non-profit clients.
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
- Assist branch staff with the completion of assigned client projects.
- Attend meetings with RCS staff, as necessary with new and prospective clients to open new accounts, implement new services and train client staff.
- Participate in discussions and provide suggestions on expanding St. Joseph High School Internship program
- Comply with Bank security guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with federal & state internal regulations
- May perform additional projects upon request
- Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements.
- This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department.
- Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.
