This position is responsible for assisting with daily responsibilities throughout a department to accomplish production requirements, relieving team members for breaks, and assisting in departmental training programs while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role may also involve other tasks assigned by management. Candidates must have completed their 90-day probationary period and meet specific attendance requirements to be eligible. This position is intended for current team members at the facility or complex. Team members from other Tyson facilities interested in transferring should contact their local HR Partner.
