About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting with daily responsibilities throughout a department to accomplish production requirements, relieving team members for breaks, and assisting in departmental training programs while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role may also involve other tasks assigned by management. Candidates must have completed their 90-day probationary period and meet specific attendance requirements to be eligible. This position is intended for current team members at the facility or complex. Team members from other Tyson facilities interested in transferring should contact their local HR Partner.
Requirements
- Must have completed their 90-day probationary period.
- Candidates with 6 attendance points or more on sessions, and/or any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered.
- Must maintain 7 points or less to retain this position (attendance requirement update: must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position).
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Currently working at this facility or complex.
