About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on the line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. And any other tasks assigned by member of management.

Requirements

• Must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
• Candidates with 6 attendance points or more on sessions, and/or any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered.
• Must maintain 7 points or less to retain this position.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.
• This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
