About The Position

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Relief Housekeeping Supervisor - Temporary who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape the employee and guest experience by providing exceptional service and leadership in support of our world-renowned hotel. This is a floater position requiring full schedule flexibility, including varying shifts and days off. Anticipated days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays, however current days off are not guaranteed. Please also note this will be a temporary relief supervisory role with an anticipated end date in early 2027 but may be extended based on business needs. The Relief Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and supporting a section of the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to Four Seasons standards of cleanliness and service excellence. This role supervises Room Attendants and House Attendants, conducts inspections, provides coaching and training, and supports daily housekeeping operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience preferred, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the hotel to ensure Four Seasons standards are consistently achieved.
  • Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees to ensure quality, productivity, and service expectations are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments and monitor each employee’s progress throughout the shift.
  • Inspect completed guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for guest arrival.
  • Address deficiencies by providing immediate feedback and follow-up coaching to employees as needed.
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and work order requests within assigned areas.
  • Release inspected guest rooms for occupancy in a timely manner.
  • Monitor House Attendant performance and ensure guest floor supplies, linen closets, elevators, stairwells, and corridors are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Support operational needs during high business volume and assist in other housekeeping functions when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with Four Seasons Standards of Conduct, Work Rules, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, leaders, and guests.
