Reliability Lab Operator
About The Position
Onsemi is seeking an Electrical Reliability Test Operator to support our Allen, Texas Rel Lab operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution and monitoring of routine electrical stress and environmental durability tests on semiconductor devices. Working under direct supervision, you will follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to load, monitor, and unload sensitive electronics from specialized test equipment, ensuring a steady and safe testing workflow. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
