Requirements

  • Engineering Degree (Bachelor's) required.
  • Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and no requirement for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Good technical background as a graduate in Instrumentation & Controls.
  • Good command of SmartPlant 3D - SP3D, SPR, Naviswork, Microstation, Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) all modules, Autocad.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior industrial gas experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver assigned Instrumentation & Controls Work Packages within the framework of a project execution environment, meeting contractual requirements, quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Coordinate and validate Instrumentation & Controls technical design, demonstrating ownership in the discipline for HSE, technical, cost, and schedule within the project.
  • Provide technical requirements to the Procurement team for Materials Requisition, and review/approve Vendor documents applicable to the Discipline.
  • Check and approve Project changes for the Discipline.
  • Provide support and input in proposal development by offering Discipline technical solutions and estimates (benchmarks, equipment, materials, and man-hours).
  • Provide Site assistance to respond to Site queries; may be required to act as a Field Engineer to support the Construction Team.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline specialist engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning.
  • Provide technical expertise and applicable solutions specific to discipline deliverables.
