Reliability Engineer

Pinnacle Group, Inc.•Pasadena, TX

About The Position

Pinnacle’s Reliability Data Analyst (RDA) role is a demanding, highly visible opportunity to solve real customer problems in complex industrial environments. The role turns incomplete operational data into defensible reliability recommendations, leads customer-facing workstreams from ambiguity through execution, and identifies failure trends, economic tradeoffs, and risk drivers. Success requires sound judgment, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without step-by-step direction. The position is designed for ongoing growth. Within 12–18 months, high performers are expected to take ownership of more complex customers or portfolios, influence engagement strategy, and begin developing toward a leadership path in people management, technical reliability specialization, or customer strategy and sales. Greater autonomy, exposure, and responsibility are earned through performance, while employees are expected to drive their own development. Pinnacle’s customer-experience framework, The Pinnacle Way (TPW), consists of understanding customer goals and defining value; solving problems with available resources; executing with high quality and consistency; and aligning teams and customers through clear cadence, documentation, and value measurement. The position may involve working indoors and/or outdoors, around office machinery with moving parts and objects, and near radiant or electrical energy. Work may be performed closely with others or alone, and may involve extended or irregular hours and travel by various modes of transportation. The role uses computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and telephones. U.S. employment eligibility is required; the employer will not sponsor H-1B Cap Subject applicants in this job category. Pinnacle participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
