Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering.
  • Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience may be accepted.
  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reliability data analysis and PLC/controls knowledge.
  • Project management

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance history to identify recurring problems.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures.
  • Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
  • Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
  • Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies.
  • Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.
