About The Position

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for planning and facilitating Program Increment (PI) sessions, summarizing team PI objectives into program PI objectives for visibility and transparency. This role also assists in tracking the execution of features and epics, facilitates periodic synchronization meetings like the ART Leadership Sync and Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and helps manage ART-level risks and dependencies. The RTE escalates and tracks impediments for teams within the ART and works with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment. Additionally, the RTE facilitates ART-level Demos to all stakeholders and collaborates with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence.

• Experience planning and facilitating Program Increment Sessions
• Experience summarizing Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives
• Experience tracking execution of features and epics
• Experience facilitating synchronization meetings (ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums)
• Experience managing ART level risks and dependencies
• Experience escalating and tracking impediments
• Experience working with Product Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Experience facilitating ART level Demos
• Experience working with Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), etc.
• Help manage ART level risks and dependencies
• Escalate and track impediments for the teams in the ART
• Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Facilitate ART level Demos to all stakeholders
• Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence
