About The Position

Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team and mission outcomes. In this role, you’ll directly impact the results of law enforcement. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience performing as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe
- Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes
- Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading large technical migration efforts
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- TS/SCI clearance
- SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist Certifications
