About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is hiring a Release Manager for a 12- to 18-month contract in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role manages end-to-end releases for AML technology, with responsibility for application risk controls, security patching, enterprise standards compliance, and responses to audit and regulatory requests. The Release Manager coordinates with project and development teams, software owners, and support partners to deliver high-quality releases and timely completion of deliverables. The position also serves as a subject matter expert for the Change process, working with Risk, Audit, and external regulators; monitors application governance risks; establishes routines and provides updates to senior leadership; coordinates application outage communications; and guides other team members. Candidates must be engaged on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not accepted. The posted pay range is $70 to $73 per hour. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in release management, including end-to-end release processes.
At least 5 years of Microsoft Excel experience for data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with banking or financial clients.
Experience working with both inshore and offshore teams.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to drive tasks through completion.
Ability to prioritize, lead work efforts, and influence outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience in release management and application risk control processes.
Strong understanding of technology and enterprise change standards.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Familiarity with Pega Systems technology for workflow and case management.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira Software for project tracking, collaboration, and agile processes.
Experience using BMC Remedy IT Service Management for incident and change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
General understanding of technology components, including applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.
Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis; 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.
