As a Release Management Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing software deployments across various teams and stakeholders. Your role will involve managing release timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and acting as a central point of communication for status updates, addressing concerns, and collecting feedback. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

Requirements

Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence, or other release management tools
Familiarity with structured project management methodologies
Familiarity with risk frameworks
Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
Experience coordinating complex projects
Experience managing stakeholder expectations
Experience driving process improvements
Experience operating in agile or iterative development environments
Hands-on experience with Jira administration and Excel-based reporting
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, Sizing, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Backlog Refinement)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage software release schedules to ensure timely, successful deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor release activities
Serve as the primary contact for client communications related to releases
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the release process
Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Continuously improve release management processes and best practices
Support large-scale program delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration
Manage system changes and work products between clients and internal teams
Engage client stakeholders to monitor and report on progress
Design and manage Jira workflows to support program delivery
Provide reporting on delivery status, project management activities, communications, and SDLC support
