About The Position

The Lead Release Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, planning, scheduling and execution of software releases for our Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (ECS) software product. The Release Manager will work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of high-quality software releases and patches. The Release Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating efforts between the product team, development team, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product releases. This includes facilitating communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to ensure a smooth and efficient release process.

Responsibilities

Overseeing, coordinating, planning, scheduling and execution of software releases for our Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (ECS) software product
Working closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of high-quality software releases and patches
Coordinating efforts between the product team, development team, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product releases
Facilitating communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to ensure a smooth and efficient release process
