About The Position

Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). TFI Family Services is looking for a full-time Relative-Kinship Worker to add to their KS Permanency / KS Case Management Department. This role works to promote the well-being of children by teaching skills such as emotional regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families. The worker collaborates with relative-kinship caregivers to train and support them and the children in their home, facilitates kinship meetings, and identifies potential kinship and/or relative placement options. The role also provides on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention, as needed, and coordinates community resources for the children served.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in child and family services field.
At least two years’ experience in child and family services.
