Requirements

Excellent relationship building skills
Experience working with the public and handling money
Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

Greet customers cheerfully as they enter the branch.
Serve as the first point of contact and first impression for customers.
Build relationships with customers.
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
Recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, receipts, and security.
Ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of each day.
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity.
