Requirements

Excellent relationship building skills
Experience working with the public and handling money
Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

Cheerfully greet customers as they walk through the branch doors.
Act as the first point of contact and create the first impression for customers.
Build relationships with customers.
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services.
Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, and proofs, ensuring it balances at the end of each day.
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity.
Process new accounts.
Update customer and account information.
Provide needs-based solutions for customers.
