Requirements

  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience working with the public and handling money
  • Basic math and computer skills

  • 1-2 years of previous banking experience

Responsibilities

  • Cheerfully greet customers as they walk through the doors of the Clarksville branch.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and create the first impression for customers.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
  • Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, receipts, security, and proofs, ensuring it balances at the end of each day.
  • Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity.
