Requirements

Excellent relationship building skills
Experience working with the public and handling money
Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

Greet customers cheerfully and serve as the first point of contact and first impression for the branch.
Build relationships with customers through a friendly and service-oriented personality.
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, and proofs, ensuring it balances daily.
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity.
Process new accounts.
Update customer and account information.
Provide needs-based solutions for customers.
Engage in service opportunities, both easy and challenging.
