About The Position
Affinity FCU is seeking a Relationship Specialist to join their team of professionals at their branch location in Flemington, NJ. This role is responsible for building member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach, helping members exceed their financial goals and dreams. The position involves opening new accounts, enrolling new members, processing applications, resolving complex member issues, and following up with members to ensure satisfaction and address future needs. The successful candidate must be technologically savvy, adaptable to new environments, and committed to the community, member engagement, and Affinity’s corporate objectives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales/customer service experience is essential
- Saturday availability is required
Nice To Haves
- Banking experience is helpful, but not required
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce is desired
- Spanish-speaking is helpful, but not required
