We are seeking a Relationship Officer who will be tasked with focusing on accounts in high risk/classified volume capacity viewed to be viable and able to return to successful status within a designated portfolio across multiple offices. You will serve as a key influencer in helping customers return to a viable financial position working directly and indirectly with local teams through restructuring, borrower counseling, creative credit packages and resolution of distressed accounts if needed. Minimize reputation risk by providing positive exit solutions for customers who are not willing and/or able to make adjustments. Provide counseling to Credit Analysts and retail Financial Officers on loan structure, terms and conditions, pricing, and documentation for loans with significant credit weakness. It is important to work in a team to accomplish goals.
