The opportunity As a Relationship Manager at Altruist, you’ll own growth, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of high‑value RIA firms on our custodial platform. You are the primary point of contact and strategic partner for firm leadership and key stakeholders helping them grow, compete, and succeed by fully leveraging Altruist across their books of business. You will bring the “best of Altruist” to your firms by orchestrating cross‑functional resources and by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their efficiency, profitability, and client experience. You’ll combine deep RIA industry knowledge, consultative relationship skills, and disciplined account management to drive net new assets, expand share of wallet, and move Altruist up the buy/sell hierarchy within each firm. This role is ideal for someone who loves building long‑term, high‑trust relationships while being directly accountable for ambitious growth and retention targets.
