About The Position

This unique rotational program is designed to build the next generation of elite Relationship Managers (RM) for ATB's Regional Markets Team. Leadership is ATB's profession, and participants will develop vital skills to champion the Path to 2030 strategy, putting clients at the center of everything ATB does. The program includes an 18-month foundational phase fully embedded within the Central Underwriting team, where participants will master credit structuring, risk assessment, and financial analysis. This deep understanding of deal approval mechanics will equip them with unparalleled technical expertise for their permanent Regional RM role. In the market, RMs will lead, manage, retain, and grow a dedicated portfolio of ATB Business customers, leveraging their credit background to proactively identify opportunities, structure complex deals, and act as trusted advisors to rural clients.
