About The Position

The Relationship Manager serves as a key partner in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of education and workforce initiatives. This role works collaboratively with school districts, educational leaders, community organizations, industry partners, and state agencies to support the successful execution and scaling of programs that advance student success, workforce readiness, and innovation in education. The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships, effective project implementation, and achievement of program goals. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Programs and Partnerships. The position is open to remote candidates within the state of Ohio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, workforce development, STEM, business, organizational leadership, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, partnerships, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs within education, workforce development, nonprofit, or related environments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting K–12 education, postsecondary education, workforce development, career-connected learning, or CTE initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating professional learning, coaching, or technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for participating schools, districts, and partner organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education, workforce, community, and industry stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among partners to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support, consultation, and guidance to program participants.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities and coordinate appropriate resources and support.
  • Support the planning, launch, implementation, and scaling of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor progress toward project milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement conversations and action planning with stakeholders.
  • Support participants in developing and implementing sustainable models and practices.
  • Coordinate implementation reviews and provide recommendations for success.
  • Design and facilitate professional learning experiences, workshops, and communities of practice.
  • Promote peer-to-peer learning and the sharing of promising practices.
  • Coordinate engagement with subject matter experts, consultants, and partners.
  • Curate and disseminate resources, tools, and implementation supports.
  • Manage project timelines, action plans, deliverables, and implementation tracking systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and progress updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Support grant, contract, and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and expansion of innovative education and workforce development programs.
  • Support leadership development, organizational capacity-building, and systems improvement efforts.
  • Assist with pilot projects, program evaluation, and statewide or regional expansion initiatives.
  • Contribute to conferences, statewide events, and strategic partnerships that advance organizational priorities.
