We are seeking a Relationship Manager to help expand our national network of attorney and law firm relationships. This position is focused on building long-term partnerships with lawyers throughout the United States who are looking for a trusted litigation partner for nursing home abuse and catastrophic injury cases.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable networking with attorneys and firm leadership

Nice To Haves

• Experience in legal marketing, attorney relations, business development, or plaintiff litigation preferred
• Ability to build authentic trust-based professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and law firms across the country
• Develop referral and co-counsel partnerships
• Attend legal conferences, conventions, and networking events
• Coordinate outreach initiatives with firm leadership
• Maintain regular communication with referral partners
• Help strengthen the firm’s national reputation and visibility
• Identify strategic opportunities for growth and collaboration
• Travel nationally as needed for conferences, meetings, and events
