About The Position

Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is a rapidly expanding outpatient mental health practice seeking dedicated therapists. As a clinician-first organization, we aim to support individuals in achieving a brighter future. We are looking for exceptional therapists who desire stability, comprehensive support, and the ability to positively impact clients from the comfort of their homes. This is a W2 employee position, not a contractor role, offering consistent administrative resources, ongoing training, and support.

Requirements

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Experience working with Couples
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

Nice To Haves

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working independently with remote support

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
