At Chase, Relationship Bankers create welcoming, memorable experiences for clients and employees while building lasting relationships through attentive service, integrity, and inclusion. In a Chase branch, the Relationship Banker represents the Chase brand and culture, combining hospitality with current banking solutions and financial technology. The role leads efforts to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to recommend solutions that address clients’ needs and contribute to branch success. The Relationship Banker manages assigned clients, meets with them in person and by phone, and provides consultative guidance on products, services, and digital banking tools. The position also involves connecting clients with specialists for more complex needs and complying with applicable policies, procedures, and banking regulations. Branch hours include weekends and some evenings. The position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, including review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information. A felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies an applicant from consideration. NMLS registration under the SAFE Act is required upon active employment, with continued employment contingent on compliance, registration after the start date, and timely annual renewal and updates. Required securities and insurance licenses must be obtained through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire if the applicant is unlicensed; study materials and support are provided.
