About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also opening accounts and handling service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer trust and loyalty through discovery-driven conversations, proactive engagement, and long-term relationship management. Working collaboratively with branch colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking, the banker coordinates referrals and integrated solutions. The role also promotes digital banking, resolves inquiries within authorized limits, documents actions, follows up with customers, and supports sound risk and compliance outcomes. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes the required licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into the LP role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. After successful completion, employees transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role.
