About The Position

At Orange County’s Federal Credit Union (OCFCU), the Relationship Banker (also referred to as a Personal Banker or Member Service Representative) serves as a trusted financial partner to members. The role combines service, sales, and problem-solving to help members navigate their financial needs and build lasting relationships. The position is based in Santa Ana. Spanish fluency is helpful, and Mandarin fluency is preferred. The banker handles teller transactions, opens new accounts, guides members through consumer loan applications, recommends suitable products and services, and resolves member questions and concerns using a consultative, relationship-focused approach. The role offers hourly pay of $23.00–$25.00 for Member Service Rep IV or $25.50–$27.00 for Senior Rep. I–II, based on experience, internal equity, and level. Requirements

At least 2 years of recent experience in a bank or credit union.
Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending.
At least 2 years of experience cross-selling and referring financial products.
Clear, friendly communication, with a professional yet approachable manner.
Comfort learning and using multiple systems and platforms.
Availability Monday through Saturday; weekday hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday hours are between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is helpful.
