About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker supports customers’ financial goals through discovery conversations, planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, as well as account opening and service requests. The position works in a collaborative branch environment and partners with colleagues in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate referrals and deliver integrated customer solutions. Success depends on building trusted relationships, engaging customers proactively, supporting digital banking adoption, and providing a seamless service experience. The role also requires accurate documentation, sound judgment, appropriate escalation, and adherence to policies and regulations. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes the required licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion. Required licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
