About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The Relationship Banker serves as a primary contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, helping them with everyday banking needs, products, and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The role supports customers’ financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, as well as account openings and service requests. The banker builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery-led conversations, proactive engagement, and customized guidance. Working in a collaborative branch environment, the banker partners with colleagues across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate referrals and provide integrated solutions. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program; after successful completion, they transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Required licenses and registrations must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
