About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role supports customers’ financial goals through discovery conversations, planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also handling account openings and service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty, develops and manages consumer and business relationships, and collaborates with colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to connect customers with appropriate solutions. The position works in a collaborative branch environment and requires sound risk judgment, accurate documentation, adherence to policies and regulations, and timely escalation of issues. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) designation is temporary until the employee completes required licensing and SAFE requirements; successful completion leads to transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Employees who are not fully licensed may participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. Required licenses and registrations must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
