About The Position

This role involves greeting clients warmly, providing exceptional service, and assisting them with their banking needs, questions, and explanations of products and services. The Relationship Banker will perform teller transactions, establish client relationships, determine client needs, and handle various operational tasks such as card issuance, processing deposits, and managing currency. The position also requires learning and complying with company policies, participating in training, and performing other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

Ability to greet clients warmly
Provide exceptional client service
Assist clients with banking needs, questions, and explanation of products and services
Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
Establish client relationships and determine client needs
Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards
Process night deposit bags and mail deposits/payments
Handle large sums of currency, coin, and change orders
Assist/oversee opening/closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures
Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings

Responsibilities
