Relationship Banker - Tier I (Drive-Thru)
About The Position
This role focuses on providing exceptional client service in a drive-thru banking environment. The Relationship Banker will greet clients warmly, assist with their banking needs, explain products and services, and perform various teller transactions. A key aspect of the role is establishing client relationships, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Responsibilities also include managing debit cards, processing deposits and payments, handling currency and coin, and assisting with vault operations. Adherence to company policies and participation in required training are essential.
Requirements
- Ability to handle large sums of currency, coin and change orders
- Knowledge of CFSB policies and procedures
- Willingness to participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm welcome
- Provide exceptional client service to all clients
- Assist clients with banking needs, questions, and explanation of products and services
- Perform teller transactions including, but not limited to: processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments
- Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients
- Process night deposit bags and mail deposits/ payments
- Handle large sums of currency, coin and change orders
- Assist/ oversee with opening/ closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
- Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures
- Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
- Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader
