Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
6-12 months of customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred.
Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts.
Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services.
Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
