Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual interactions, providing counsel while using a digital-first mindset. They assess customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, explain deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on each customer’s goals. The role includes proactive outreach and follow-up, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and providing a consistent client experience by greeting customers and processing basic transactions. Relationship Bankers work collaboratively with branch team members, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate customers about digital and self-service options. They use available resources and technologies to support an accurate, operationally excellent client experience. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment.
