Citi Commercial Bank is seeking a Relationship Associate to join the Digital Technology & Communications Banking Coverage Team. Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or a related financial services function.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong problem identification and resolution skills, with the ability to act decisively and follow through to outcome.
Professional and adaptable working style, with a reputation for being a reliable and trusted point of contact across teams.
Sound judgement when assessing business decisions, with a clear commitment to regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and ethical conduct.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with client networks and operational teams on behalf of the Banking Coverage Team, serving as the primary contact for internal requests, problem escalations, and their resolution.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and other regulatory obligations.
Coordinate and liaise with client treasury offices to facilitate effective global network delivery of Citi Commercial Bank's capabilities.
Engage with internal departments to provide transactional support throughout the onboarding and relationship lifecycle, improving the overall client experience.
Coordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi's global network, working with product partners to identify and position relevant actions for clients.
Maintain accurate client legal and marketing hierarchies within internal systems to ensure data integrity.
Partner with Credit Operations Teams for current documentation regarding credit products including loans, letters of credit, Markets/FX, and related transactions.
