Requirements

High school diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage work independently
Strong analytical and math skills
Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with self-funded insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and submit reinsurance claims to carriers for specific excess-loss cases while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare and distribute customer correspondence related to refunds and reimbursement activity
Maintain accurate customer records, update customer Data Sheets, gather supporting claim documentation, and track reimbursements using Excel
