Requirements

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage work independently
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with self-funded insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and submit reinsurance claims to carriers for specific excess-loss cases while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and distribute customer correspondence related to refunds and reimbursement activity
• Maintain accurate customer records, update customer Data Sheets, gather supporting claim documentation, and track reimbursements using Excel
