Labcorp is seeking a HYBRID Reimbursement Analyst II to join our team! This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ healthcare revenue cycle environment experience or Associate degree with 7years healthcare revenue cycle environment experience or HS diploma or GED with 9 years healthcare revenue cycle environment experience
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5 + years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis

Responsibilities

Analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances, denial trends, and revenue risks
Validate payments against payer contracts, fee schedules, and regulatory requirements
Investigate and resolve complex payer issues; escalate high-risk concerns as needed
Manage denials and A/R within assigned payer portfolios to optimize cash flow
Identify denial root causes and implement corrective actions to improve clean claim rates
Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility and decision-making
Ensure compliance with payer contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements to reduce denials and enhance reimbursement accuracy
Collaborate with billing, coding, finance, and operations to resolve issues and improve workflows
Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights to support performance improvement
