About The Position

Spark is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Therapist/Assistant to provide in-home and community-based OTA/PTA services in Ladysmith, BC. This role involves assisting a client recovering from a car accident with community integration, focusing on socialization, and supporting with ADL/IADL tasks. The primary objective is to encourage the client's engagement outside the home. Assistance with school organization may also be required. The ideal candidate will have experience with brain injuries, mental health, and/or chronic pain, enjoy multidisciplinary team collaboration, and prefer working in an in-home or community setting.

Requirements

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR level C certification
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
