About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to care for a diverse patient population at Richardson Rehab. The role supports chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The technician works under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, participates in patient activities, adapts to departmental needs, and provides clerical backup as needed. Prior inpatient hospital experience is welcome, but the employer also welcomes candidates who are committed to learning.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- No prior experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment and desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
- Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
