About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to support its diverse patient population at Richardson Rehab. The role is suited to someone with prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learning. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who need extended hospital care.

Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician participates in patient activities. The technician must be flexible to meet department needs and provide clerical backup as needed.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification is required.
• No experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
• Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
