About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to support its diverse patient population at Sussex Rehab. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician participates in patient activities, remains flexible to meet departmental needs, and provides clerical backup as needed. Prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learn is desirable.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- No prior experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the department.
- Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
