About The Position

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you will support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life after hospitalization. You will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities and hygiene care, support community involvement and therapeutic goals, and build trusted, supportive relationships. The role includes helping clients achieve meaningful milestones, promoting healthy habits, and contributing to their progress toward greater independence. The work takes place across available shifts in East Lansing, Michigan, with full-time and part-time options depending on the shift.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
