About The Position

Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician for the Acute Care department. This role involves assisting with patient treatments, preparing and maintaining treatment areas, managing therapy equipment, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and completing non-clinical tasks.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of Rehab Tech experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient treatments as directed.
• Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintain in safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
