About The Position

Westminster Oaks is currently seeking a Rehabilitation Tech for their Outpatient Program. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or Therapist. This role involves assisting with the operation of equipment by helping patients/residents assigned to therapy. The position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow directions clearly and efficiently. The Rehabilitation Tech will assist with treating residents and helping them prepare for therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treating residents and helping them prepare for therapy sessions.
• Occasionally work with residents on certain therapy exercises and therapies under the supervision of the therapist.
• Transport residents from and to the treatment area.
• Provide clerical/admin support, including faxing, filing, and mailing.
• Maintain treatment areas and the equipment within them, including setting up treatment areas and cleaning equipment and therapy supplies.
