About The Position

The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions. This role emphasizes meeting departmental objectives and improving patient outcomes through structured therapeutic activities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in a healthcare or rehabilitation field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage patients in their treatment plans.

• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of treatment activities and patient progress.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide support and education about rehabilitation processes.
