About The Position
Join a dynamic and fun team at a larger clinic in Fox Lake, IL. The clinic is staffed with 7 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and serves a varied patient population, including those with lower-level functions, athletic individuals, and workers' compensation cases. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care. Ideal candidates should possess prior outpatient orthopedic experience and be ready to engage with a diverse clientele. The expected patient load is 48-50 patients per week with 60-minute evaluations. You will encounter a range of cases including: Outpatient orthopedics, Post-operative patients, Workers' compensation, and Medicare populations. Documentation will be managed through the NextGen system. The clinic is supported by 2 front office staff members and aides to assist with operational efficiency. Additionally, clinicians will benefit from generative AI technology that helps produce compliant clinical documentation in real-time, allowing a focus on patient care. The dress code is business casual. This position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, open for discussion.
Requirements
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is required.
- New graduates will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care to a varied patient population.

- Provide evening coverage at least two nights per week.
